Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via your registered email address and/or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Preferred Delivery:

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

As our jewellery is hygiene-sensitive and produced in limited batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Personal preference
• Minor color or finish variations due to lighting or screen settings
• Delivery delays caused by courier partners

Unboxing Video Requirement:
To process any claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:

• Start before opening the sealed package.
• Clearly show the shipping label and invoice.
• Be recorded in one continuous shot without any cuts or edits.
• Clearly display the product immediately after opening.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Reporting Timeline:
Please email us your claim along with the unboxing video within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted, as we are unable to verify the condition of the product beyond this timeframe.

Exchange & Refund:
Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange a replacement, subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, you may choose to wait for a restock or receive a refund for the product value. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
